Product Description
Product Overview

Brown PTFE-coated fiberglass adhesive tape designed for heat resistance, non-stick release, and mechanical reinforcement. It combines a 250 g/m² fiberglass backing, 300 g/m² total weight, and 0.17 mm total thickness. The PTFE coating reduces material buildup and supports easy release, while the fiberglass backing adds stability and the release liner protects the adhesive before use. Rated for -70°C to +260°C, it is suitable for heat sealing, packaging machinery, sliding surfaces, and other high-temperature industrial applications.

Technical Parameters
Total Thickness 0.17 mm
Temperature Resistance -70°C to +260°C
Key Features
Wide Temperature Range

Rated for -70°C to +260°C. In the specified high-temperature peel test, no peeling was observed after 30 minutes at 260°C.

Reinforced Fiberglass Backing

The 250 g/m² fiberglass fabric provides mechanical reinforcement and helps maintain structural integrity.

Non-Stick PTFE Coating

The PTFE surface offers low adhesion and smooth release, helping minimize sticky buildup.

Release Liner

Protects the adhesive during storage and handling; remove before installation.

Typical Applications
  • Heat sealing and packaging equipment — provides non-stick release surfaces for sealing and packaging processes.
  • Guide rails, chutes, and material contact points — helps materials move smoothly and reduces sticking.
  • Industrial processing equipment — provides release surfaces where material buildup needs to be controlled.
  • High-temperature machine components — offers surface protection for selected parts exposed to elevated temperatures.
Frequently Asked Questions
