Aramid paper adhesive tape, used as replacement of Nomex adhesive tape

TX2 series aramid paper high temperature resistant tape

The customized high temperature resistant tape is made by polyaramid fiber paper, coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side undergoing high temperature process. The product has good temperature resistance (-55℃～155℃), and is suitable for F grade heat-resistant electrical and electrical insulation banding, mobile phone accessories insulation and lithium-manganese battery insulation banding, etc. Strong insulation protection. It can replace NOMEX tape for occasions where mechanical strength is not high

Features:

a. Good thermal stability, F-class long-term heat resistance of 155 ℃.

b. Soft and tear-resistant, strong cohesive force, not easy to deform, suitable for adhesion protection on the surface of various profiles;

c. It is suitable for wrapping the coil tightly and firmly without tilting the tape end.

Applications:

※ For high-quality F-class motor and transformer coil end wrapping.

※ It is resistant to chemical corrosion and can be used for insulating wrapping of high-energy lithium batteries, punching of mobile phone accessories, etc.

※ It is used for wrapping and insulating electronic coils of electronic transformers such as HVT and HID.
