The aluminum foil surface provides a continuous metallic layer, while the fiberglass cloth backing provides mechanical reinforcement. With a total thickness of 140 microns, 7-micron aluminum foil, and 100 g/m² fiberglass cloth, this tape is designed for applications that require a combination of aluminum foil coverage, fiberglass reinforcement, and adhesive bonding.
