Product Description

The Adhesive Double Sided Tissue Tape made with high-performance solvent acrylic adhesive offers excellent initial tack and ultimate bond strength, along with outstanding resistance to aging, weathering, and chemicals, ensuring durable and reliable adhesion in various environments.


The non-woven fiber paper backing provides good flexibility and tear resistance, making it easy to die-cut and conform tightly to surfaces of different shapes. With a total thickness of 70 microns, the tape combines a slim profile with good gap-filling capabilities. It exhibits a tensile strength of 40 N/25mm, demonstrating strong mechanical toughness and resistance to breakage during use, while providing an adhesion strength of 12 N/25mm for firm and stable bonding.


The release liner is made of PE-coated white paper. The polyethylene layer ensures smooth peeling, and the white paper offers excellent stiffness and compression resistance, facilitating die-cutting, winding, storage, and transportation. The surface is also suitable for writing for identification purposes.


This double sided tape performs consistently over a broad temperature range from -20°C to +100°C. It remains flexible and resistant to brittleness at low temperatures, while avoiding adhesive flow or significant loss of adhesion at high temperatures. This makes it suitable for a variety of demanding environments, providing long-lasting and reliable bonding for both daily indoor use and high-temperature industrial applications.


Because of its comprehensive performance advantages, this product is widely used in various fields.
