Customer: A large-scale generator rewinding and professional repair service provider in the UAE.

Application: Rewinding of high-power generator stator coils, rotor insulation treatment, and wire harness wrapping in extreme high-temperature environments. Due to the hot local climate and high operating temperatures of the equipment, the reliability requirements for insulation tape are exceptionally high.

Our Solution

In response to the customer's needs, we provided Class H Alkali-free Fiberglass Cloth Insulation Tape. This product uses high-density alkali-free fiberglass cloth as the base material, coated with high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, offering excellent mechanical strength and electrical insulation.
